"Packaged Well, No Real Complaints"
My order from GreaterGood showed up packed well. The box had a small dent on one corner, but nothing inside was damaged or broken. They could probably use a little less packing paper—actually, maybe just pack it a bit more efficiently, but overall I was happy with how everything arrived.

"Pretty good quality overall"
I’ve ordered from GreaterGood a few times now i’ve been happy with most of it. The shirts are soft, and the designs haven’t faded or cracked after washing. One item was a little thinner than I expected, but it still looked nice and was comfortable. The extra packaging felt kind of unnecessary, but overall I’d definitely order again

"Pretty easy return process overall"
I had to return a shirt because the fit wasn’t quite right, and the process was simple. Customer service got back to me after a couple days and walked me through what I needed to do. The refund took a little longer than I was hoping, but it did come through in the end. A friend had recommended this place to me, so I’m glad the return wasn’t a hassle. Not totally perfect, but I’d probably order again.

I don’t have the patience to deal with weird sizing, so I was relieved this fit just how I hoped. The size was right and it’s comfortable on me.

"Helpful, but I was skeptical at first"
I had a problem with my order confirmation not coming through, so I ended up emailing them. I’m usually wary of customer service because it can feel like you’re just getting copied-and-pasted replies, but they actually got back to me the next day, which was better than I expected.
The person who replied was nice and explained things clearly. It did take one extra message to fully get everything sorted, so it wasn’t instant, but it was still a decent experience overall. I’d probably use the site again.

"Pretty good deal overall"
I grabbed a few things from GreaterGood i was happy with it. The prices felt fair for what I got, and the quality was actually a little better than I was expecting. Shipping wasn’t super quick or anything, but it wasn’t a big deal either. I also like that buying stuff there helps support causes, which is a nice bonus. Would def order again

"Plenty of good options for everyone"
There were so many nice things to choose from, and I was able to find something for everyone without much trouble. To be fair, it can take a little time to look through all the options, but I’d rather have too many choices than not enough.
